Required Skills/Experience:
` Minimum of a Bachelor`s Degree.
` Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within IT environment.
` Possess passion for the talent acquisition function with a focus on diversity.
` Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
` Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings.
` Understanding of the internet as a sourcing tool.
` Strong influencing and networking skills.
` Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization.
