Project Manager

  • Develop and implement the project plan by analyzing data, working with project team and researching processes. This includes – establishing project goals and objectives, identifying scope, developing a detailed project schedule, analyzing risks and contingency plans, managing quality, assigning resources appropriately, monitoring the training plan and managing budget when established
  • Communicate effectively and timely to the project team
  • Ensure project expectations are managed and all tasks are completed as planned as well as within budget
  • Measure actual performance against project plan and then make adjustments consistent with plan objectives
  • Remain current on project management methodologies to proactively provide expertise resolving project questions and concerns
Job Requirements
  • 5 or more years PM experience
  • Bachelor`s Degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of Visio preferred
  • Ability to manage as well as direct large complex projects
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to maintain an eye for detail even in high pressure situations
  • Ability to successfully lead a team as well as handle conflict resolution
  • Bachelor`s Degree as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with Serenic Navigator and/or M/S NAV (ERP) & Studio Enterprise (CRM) preferred
  • Emphasis on Scope Management, Vendor Management, Budget Management, Schedule Management, Communication Management, Stakeholder Management, & Change Management
